Motherhood is hard. Amazing, but hard. It’s time we spoke about it, normalised those feelings and explored how support mums day to day.
Some time for Mum
It can be hard to make time for ourselves as mums, which is why I love my Mama MOT’s.
Mama MOT’s are an opportunity to speak with an accredited therapist (and fellow mum!) without committing to weekly therapy sessions. It’s a space for you to be heard and validated and to come away with 1 or 2 new tools, coping skills or strategies to help your day to day life.
Mama MOT’s also includes a 20 minute massage (choice of hand and arm, back and neck, or facial massage) to help you destress and relax.
Mama MOTs are not just for newly post partum mums. All mums welcome!
DISCLAIMER: Mama MOT’s are not therapy. Therapy is a much deeper, more complex process which occurs over numerous weekly sessions. Mama MOT’s are aimed at giving you space to talk and reflect, and consider introducing 1 or 2 strategies, tools or skills to help your day to day life. You will not get the same results as regular therapy sessions - but not everyone needs regular therapy sessions. If you felt you needed more support after a Mama MOT, this is something we can of course discuss.
