I would love to help you. I take a holistic approach when working with women, helping heal mind, body and spirit. I have a strong focus on empowerment, and helping you find ways to make lasting change. I combine my skills as a cognitive behavioural therpist and clinical aromatherapist. This helps me utilise the natural healing properties of the oils, with the power of your mindset, your ability to work with your body, rather than against it, and take small proactive steps to create the best version of yourself.
Why I utilise what I do in my 1-2-1 work:
CBT is an evidence based talking therapy, which promotes action and change. It looks at empowering you to feel more in control, recognise patterns that are keeping you stuck, and feel more able to manage your emotions and actions.
Aromatherapy: Our sense of smell has a unique and instant connection to our limbic system. This is the part of our brain which accesses memories and emotions. As a result, by incorporating essential oils into treatment, we can help supercharge our connection with our emotions and how easily we can manage and access them.
Massage using essential oils can encourage a stronger sense of relaxation, relieve built up tension, and flushing out toxins, all whilst making positive associations between the essential oils and calmness and wellbeing.
Relaxation and mindfulness training is an important part of regulating our emotions. We can explore different exercises and tools which can be used easily in day to day life to help implement the changes you want to see within your life.
Action to change is where we start to make small changes to feel more empowered and in control.
